NYC Guide

Today I made a little typographic guide up for my friend’s first visit to NYC. On a couple of stocks, A5 and just in black and white.

Also screwed up the printing at one point but I really liked the overprint that happened.

The Cube London

I discovered this wonderland, based in london called " The Cube".
It offers new starts affordable, pleasant economical workspaces. Their community consists of 100+ members from fashion to finance. This means from inception their members get connected with potential new clients, collaborators etc.

Sounds like a dream, I wish Glasgow had a Cube...

Dundee fires

Went up to Dundee yesterday for an interview at the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design. Then headed back to Glasgow for a picnic which then kinda turned into a fire..

I went to the beach to clear my head today..

24/4/10

Today was a good day. I went along to the Trongate 103 print studio and gallery and had a look round, some really fantastic etchings on the wall. I then checked my email to discover a conditional offer to study Visual communication at the Edinburgh college of art, good
day indeed...

Reflections of curlz

Some recent photos off my phone. I love the reflections on the Clyde and I love seeing good old "CURLZ" being used on signs still. Why do people do
it?! Why! Sign people please stop using curlz. Its not big its not clever and certainly doesn't look good!
