Took some close up photos of a billboard today whilst waiting for my train. Theres a certain beauty about halftone patterns...

    really nice, there is a textural feeling in the photos but at the same time a flatness and graphic feel to them. its an everyday advertising tool but really pretty if you take the time to look closely.
    im trying to visualise them in a textile context and they would look outrageous! love it.
